Testimonial provided by the Event Organiser (requested to remain anonymous) of an Incentive Travel Event in October 2017 that included a two hour pop-up show and morning tea at the Fred's Pass Indoor Arena, Darwin:

"Thank you so much for creating a 'once in a lifetime' experience for our guests in Darwin in October.   I am not sure if I mentioned that our organisation send a questionnaire after all of their events to rate the event and get feedback on all aspects of it.  A rating of 4.5 out of 5 is excellent and our event rated 4.9 which is unprecedented!  This rating is in no small part due to your show blowing them out of the water!  Thank you for accommodating our guests in a fabulous location with a show that is truly one of a kind and which was able to bring the outback to life for them.  Thank you for the attention to detail and managing to entertain both the young and old in a way that they will always remember.  Thank you also for teaching them about an aspect of Australian life which most of them had little prior knowledge or experience of.
Thank you on a personal note for being so easy to work with and accommodating of the demands which we placed on you. I truly appreciate it and wish you all the success you can hope for with your show and the business."

Offsite - National

Katherine Outback Experience has the added benefit of being able to take the show and entertainment on-road. We can provide a variation of our show to meet your needs within the constraints of the proposed location and timeframes. We can work in spaces with horses and dogs as small as 10 x 4 metres.

We have previously provided shows in Darwin at SkyCity, Fred's Pass Indoor Arena, Mindil Beach Markets and the Fannie Bay Pony Club. We have also performed at Agricultural Shows, Field Days, community playing fields, schools, equestrian grounds and even an outback roadhouse nation-wide.

Depending on the size of the group, we can provide some equipment including seats. We have all necessary insurances and Risk Management Plans in place. We have also received verbal advice from the NT Parks and Wildlife that it would be possible to obtain permits to take our horses and dogs into national parks for events.
